The Nuke Performance Translucent Fuel Filler Hose combines fuel visibility, exceptional flexibility, and full alcohol fuel compatibility in a premium 100% PTFE hose. See the fuel rise during refueling and know when to stop before overfilling. Exceptionally flexible and fully compatible with E85, ethanol, methanol, and other demanding motorsports fuels.

This is not a conventional fuel filler hose. Traditional convoluted hoses offer flexibility but no fuel visibility, while clear hoses provide visibility at the expense of flexibility and long-term alcohol fuel compatibility. The Nuke Performance 100% PTFE construction combines the advantages of both – fuel visibility, exceptional flexibility, and long-term fuel compatibility in one purpose-built motorsports hose. No compromise between visibility, flexibility, and fuel compatibility – you get all three.

Unlike conventional clear fuel hoses, the Nuke Performance Translucent Fuel Filler Hose is manufactured entirely from PTFE. Its PTFE construction provides excellent resistance to petrol, gasoline, ethanol, E85, E100, methanol, race fuel, and diesel without the discoloration, hardening, or brittleness commonly associated with clear hoses when exposed to alcohol-based fuels.

For E85, ethanol, and other demanding motorsports fuels, this provides the long-term fuel compatibility expected from a professional fuel system while retaining the advantage of being able to see the fuel through the hose. Despite being manufactured entirely from PTFE, the Nuke Performance hose offers exceptional flexibility and a tight bending radius comparable to our popular black Fuel Filler Hose (available here).

The translucent hose makes the rising fuel level clearly visible during refueling, helping the operator stop before overfilling the fuel cell and spilling fuel. Each hose includes a 20 mm red PTFE indicator ball that can be placed inside the hose for an even clearer indication during fast refueling. Its high buoyancy makes it rise with the fuel, while its small diameter has minimal effect on fuel flow. The indicator is optional, as the fuel level remains visible through the translucent hose.

The specialized manufacturing process required to achieve the combination of PTFE construction, translucency, and exceptional flexibility does not allow the hose to be satisfactorily shortened and resealed after production. The hose is therefore manufactured in three ready-to-install lengths:
