Placing Orders / Availability
Nuke Performance is available for orders, contact, and issues for most of the day. Our headquarters is located in Sweden, but many of our customers and dealers are from other countries which means that our working hours may vary. As deliveries are made directly from our main warehouse, we can not guarantee exact delivery times, if you have a specific request for fast delivery, you must always contact us before you place the order to get the estimated date of delivery. The fastest way to contact us is to send an email to email@example.com or use our contact form.
Nuke Performance has set strict requirements for the companies that sell our products. Availability and product knowledge is important as well as the ability to stock our products. We have divided our retailers into Authorized and Exclusive; the authorized dealers do not always have our full range in stock while the exclusive distributors (US, UK, DE, and more) have our whole concept and also serve as a distributor to other dealers in the country.
Direct Sales to Individuals
We sell our products in our official webshop, and apart from a number of countries where the distributor or dealers is responsible for all sales, we send products worldwide. Before placing an order, check if you have a local dealer in your region.
Shipping terms / Time of delivery
Nuke Performance normally sends all our shipments by DHL, TNT, UPS, or Schenker. For shipments to countries not connected to their network, we use necessary alternative shipping companies. For claims or complaints regarding damaged goods, these shall be taken directly with the current shipping companies and no product should be returned to Nuke Performance without prior arrangements.
We do not guarantee any date of delivery for purchases from our official online store, to find out the current delivery time, please contact us before placing an order. Normal delivery time is 3-7 working days but can sometimes exceed this at high workload or at incomplete stock. As deliveries are made directly from our main warehouse, we can not guarantee exact delivery times, if you have a specific request for fast delivery, you must always contact us before you place the order to get the estimated date of delivery.
We oppose all complaints and warranty claims aimed at delayed delivery caused by one of our shipping partners, in the event of a claim please contact the shipping company.
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to change the pricing of our products. The current price list is always available through direct contact with us. At the price differences between retailers and countries, exceeding any differences freight, duty, VAT makes a difference, we should be contacted directly before any further order. Nuke Performance will not refund any price difference between dealers, all complaints regarding local price variations shall be taken directly with the current distributor/dealer.
In our official website checkout, you will find the total payment amount, including any VAT (depending on which country you order from), and total shipping costs. What may be added for importing goods into your region/country, such as import fee and customs fees is not something that we can arrange or affect, contact your local authorities for more information.
Sponsorship and Support
Nuke Performance receives daily requests for sponsorship and support to varying builds. We reserve the right to choose the builds, teams, or drivers we are interested in. We sponsor only genuine builds of high ambition and where a common goal can be established. There are high demands from both sides, so only a few builds or drivers are sponsored each year. If one of our dealers chooses to sponsor a driver, team, or build, we can sometimes support this sponsorship when regarding our range of products, all such requests are made to our dealers directly. Nuke Performance 60 Days Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe that every customer of Nuke Performance should be satisfied with the product they ordered, this is why we use a satisfaction guarantee. If you do not find our product living up to our promises, contact us within 60 days after you placed your order and we will take care of you attending to our satisfaction guarantee conditions. When using our satisfaction guarantee, the same requirements are set for our returns. Always contact us in advance before sending any products back to us.
Nuke Performance Returns
You are obliged to keep the goods in as good a condition as when you received them. You must not use it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right to withdraw. We replace the value of the goods, but not any shipping or handling costs. Packaging must be in such a condition that the product can be resold. Returns do not apply to order goods such as the Pyrotect fuel cells that are made on order and others. Ordering goods are binding on orders. Upon return, the customer must be responsible for return shipping, and from us, RMA is assigned a return number from us before delivery. We do not redeem parcels for cash on delivery or after-payment, as well as postal parcels or bills. We receive packages sent with company packages. Repayment of the value of the goods takes place within 30 days from the time we received the goods again. The same applies to incorrect deliveries, and if you want to change to another you must contact our customer service first.
Nuke Performance Product Warranty
In the case of a material defect in the product on our behalf, you have the right to choose a similar product in exchange, to withdraw from the contract, or to request a price reduction within 3 months from the purchase date. All requests are to be confirmed by written correspondence with us. It is up to you as a customer to control the products either upon delivery and to notify us within the time period. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your rights. The Nuke Performance product warranty is only valid for the Nuke Performance product, parts distributed by us such as fuel pumps and accessories do not comply with the Nuke Performance warranty conditions, for these parts you must contact the manufacturer.
The Nuke Performance product warranty is only valid for the parts themselves, and if parts, property, vehicle, or other, are damaged due to malfunctioning Nuke Performance parts, Nuke Performance, or any of its dealers/affiliates, is not liable for any damages arising in contact with malfunctioning parts or because of malfunctioning parts manufactured by Nuke Performance.
Sales / Shipping to countries not listed on the website
We ship worldwide from our official webshop but not to a few countries. We have a number of retailers/dealers who do so and we do not need to be on the same market. Please contact or visit our retailer’s websites or shops by viewing our list of dealers. If you can´t find your country listed in the checkout, we do not have a listed dealer, contact us for more information.
Nuke Performance branding and trademark
Nuke Performance is a registered trademark. All images, logos, and information legally belong to Nuke Performance and may not be used without our permission. Any abuse will be reported to the authority.
Provided parts and products made to order
We do not offer any returns on products made to order or provided by our partners, such as fuel cells, fuel pumps, and accessories. And for products made to order, we do only accept full payment before production begins. If you wish to cancel your order before a product made to order has been delivered we do not provide refunds if production has been begun and full payment is what applies.
Confidentiality of correspondence and contracts
We attach great importance to all the information exchanged between us, our suppliers, partners, and customers are retained within the company. We are an open company that does not hide how our products are manufactured, designed, and how they work. But this can also be abused, this is something we will not tolerate. We demand that all the information you as a customer can get to you in correspondence or telephone calls do not in any way spread. In this way, we hope that we can continue to have our doors open and not hide anything from you, our customers.

For each visitor that visits any of our pages, we may collect information about the consumer´s domain name, country, region, and e-mail address (if possible). General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) takes effect on May 25, 2018. GDPR provides European users with a robust set of rights regarding the collection, use, and onward transfer of their personal information. These include the right, under certain circumstances, to access their personal information, correct inaccurate personal information, request the erasure of their personal information without undue delay, request the restricted processing of their personal information, receive the personal information that they have provided us with and to object to the processing of their personal information. We will try to be as transparent as we can be, if you have any questions about your personal information, contact us directly.
Your personal information is for our eyes only and is to make our website faster and to secure safe transfer when using our Official Webshop. All info that you put in your contact form, webshop checkout will be saved. This info is kept within Nuke Performance and never assigned to other than our own. We use only secure payment solutions, which means we only take part in the necessary information of your credit card, checking account, etc. This info will never leave our own system and will never be handed out to other than our own.
If any government or legal institution requires information about any of our customers, it may be possible that we will disclose information about your purchases and your browsing history. Using our services is done by choice and we assume that you have nothing to hide.
We accept no responsibility for legal situations where trading Nuke Performance products have led to criminal activity. We deliver our products to retailers and directly to individuals and do this as a mere commodity and are not responsible for how the product is misused, sold, or influenced by another person. The personal information we hold for sale used by ourselves and can be left out of the demands of authority or law enforcement agency.
If you have supplied us with your e-mail address you may receive mailings from us with offers, news about Nuke Performance, or products. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com and we will delete you from our contact lists. Your contact information will never be disseminated either you choose to be registered or not.
Customers who provided us with their contact information through orders on the Nuke Performance website, or in communications with Nuke Performance, and or partners, may be contacted by us or our partners by email, phone, direct messages, and mail. All orders placed in our webshop require a phone number because of shipping providers and some countries’ customs procedures. We never pass on this information to anyone other than directly concerned partners. If you wish this information to be removed, please contact us.
If you would want us to remove you from our listings, contact us by e-mail with your exact name and address and we will make sure your name will be removed from our list that we may share with other partners of our organization.
If you think that we do not live up to our policy, please contact us immediately so we can discuss how to proceed in the matter. We are more than happy to receive constructive criticism on how we run our business and how we can improve.
Please take notice of
If our products are not installed correctly there is a risk that your engine, your vehicle, property, you as a person, or another person could be injured or damaged. If you have doubts regarding your installation, contact your nearest dealer or us directly for guidance. You, the customer, are fully responsible for the installation and that everything is done as specified, and the guarantees that expire from the automakers and insurance companies are under your responsibility and knowledge. Nuke Performance does not guarantee in any way that our products will work with your setup, but with the Nuke Performance 60 days satisfaction guarantee we will make sure that the parts do what they are intended for.
Starting 2016 a leaflet with information is included with every product except spare parts and fittings. If you bought a product before 2016, contact us at Nuke Performance to get your hands on one. Make sure to have our leaflet handy at all times.
