General conditions
Here you can find all our Conditions and Privacy Policy regarding our website, webshop, and products. If you have any questions, please contact us directly. When placing an order on our website you agree to these conditions and are required by the applicable law to comply with them.
Placing Orders / Availability
Nuke Performance is available for orders, contact, and issues for most of the day. Our headquarters is located in Sweden, but many of our customers and dealers are from other countries which means that our working hours may vary. As deliveries are made directly from our main warehouse, we can not guarantee exact delivery times, if you have a specific request for fast delivery, you must always contact us before you place the order to get the estimated date of delivery. The fastest way to contact us is to send an email to info@nukeperformance.com or use our contact form.
Dealer Accounts
Nuke Performance applies strict standards to companies authorized to sell our products. Availability, product expertise, and the ability to stock our range are key requirements. We distinguish between Authorized Dealers and Exclusive Distributors. Authorized Dealers may not stock our full range, while Exclusive Distributors carry our complete concept and may supply other dealers within their territory.
Direct Sales to Individuals
We sell our products through our official webshop and ship worldwide, except in certain countries where authorized distributors manage all sales. Before ordering, please check if a local dealer or distributor is available in your region. You can always check if your country is available for direct purchase by visiting the checkout and see if your country is available in the shipping selection.
Shipping terms / Time of delivery
Nuke Performance typically ships via DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, or Schenker. We reserve the right to choose the carrier best suited for each shipment based on price, availability, and service options. For destinations not served by those networks, we will use appropriate alternatives. Claims regarding damage in transit must be filed directly with the carrier. No products should be returned to Nuke Performance without prior authorization.
We do not guarantee delivery dates for purchases from our official online store. For a current estimate, please contact us before ordering. Normal delivery time is 3–7 working days but can be longer during peak workloads or when stock is incomplete. As shipments originate from our main warehouse, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you have specific timing requirements, contact us before placing your order for an estimated delivery date.
We do not accept complaints or warranty claims related to delays caused by the carrier; please contact the carrier in case of delay.
If a shipment cannot be delivered for reasons other than an error made by us with the information provided, all costs for returns, additional customs charges, and any re-delivery attempts are the buyer’s responsibility and will be charged before the next delivery attempt. The buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address; booking is fully automated based on the information provided at checkout. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, any delays due to customs inspections, import processing, or carrier operations are the responsibility of the carrier and the receiver/importer.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change product pricing without prior notice. The current price list is available upon request. If price differences between retailers or countries exceed differences attributable to freight, duty, or VAT, contact us before placing further orders. Nuke Performance does not refund price differences between dealers; any concerns about local pricing should be addressed with the relevant distributor/dealer.
At checkout on our official website, you will see your total payment amount, including any applicable VAT (depending on your country) and shipping costs. Any additional costs for importing goods into your country/region—such as import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes—are not included in the checkout price. These charges are always the responsibility of the importer/receiver and are collected by your local customs authorities or the carrier in accordance with Delivered at Place (DAP – Incoterms 2020). Nuke Performance AB cannot influence, predict, or reimburse these costs; please contact your local customs office for details before ordering.
Import Duties and Taxes
All international shipments are sent DAP (Delivered at Place) under Incoterms 2020, meaning the buyer/importer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges applied by the destination country.
These costs are not included in the product or shipping prices shown at checkout and must be paid by the receiver upon or before delivery.
Failure to pay customs fees or refusal of the shipment will result in return costs being charged to the buyer, and no refunds will be issued for shipping or customs expenses.
Sponsorship and Support
We receive many sponsorship and support requests. We sponsor only genuine, high-ambition programs where a clear, mutual objective can be established. Due to high standards on both sides, only a limited number of teams, drivers, or projects are supported each year. If a dealer chooses to sponsor a driver, team, or project, we may support that sponsorship with products from our range. Such requests should be directed to our dealers. If you believe your program is a good fit, please contact us.
Nuke Performance 60 Days Satisfaction Guarantee
We want every Nuke Performance customer to be satisfied. If a product does not meet our promises, contact us within 60 days of your order date and we will assist you under the terms of our satisfaction guarantee. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition with original packaging and accessories. The same requirements apply as for returns, and an RMA must be obtained before sending anything back. Contact us before returning any product.
Nuke Performance Returns
Returned products must be in the same condition as received: unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in resalable condition with original packaging and accessories. If an item is damaged or lost due to negligence or shows signs of installation or use, the right to return is forfeited. We refund the value of the goods only; shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Returns are not accepted for special-order or made-to-order items (including, for example, Pyrotect fuel cells), or items supplied by partners to your specification. Orders for such goods are binding. The customer is responsible for return shipping and must obtain an RMA/return number from us before dispatch. We do not accept COD, “after-payment,” or postal cash-on-delivery shipments. Refunds are processed within 30 days from receipt and inspection. For exchanges, contact customer service before sending any items.
Nuke Performance Product Warranty
If a product exhibits a material or manufacturing defect attributable to Nuke Performance, you may request a similar replacement product, withdraw from the contract, or request a price reduction within 3 months of the purchase date. All requests must be made in writing. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and notifying us within the applicable time frames; failure to do so may affect your rights.
The Nuke Performance product warranty applies only to Nuke Performance-branded products. Third-party items supplied by us (e.g., fuel pumps and certain accessories) are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; please contact the manufacturer directly for such claims.
The warranty does not cover damage arising from incorrect installation, misuse, improper maintenance, racing incidents, or modification of the product. The warranty covers the product itself; to the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuke Performance and its dealers/affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damage to vehicles, property, or other equipment caused by or associated with malfunctioning parts.
Sales / Shipping to countries not listed on the website
We ship worldwide from our official website, with limited exceptions. We also have retailers and distributors in various markets who may handle local sales and support. Please check our dealer list for availability. If your country is not listed at checkout and there is no dealer shown, contact us for assistance.
Nuke Performance branding and trademark
Nuke Performance is a registered trademark. All images, logos, and information legally belong to Nuke Performance and may not be used without our permission. Any abuse will be reported to the authorities.
Provided parts and products made to order
We do not accept returns on made-to-order products or items sourced from partners to your specification (including, for example, fuel cells, fuel pumps, and certain accessories). Full payment is required before production begins. Orders for made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started.
Confidentiality of correspondence and contracts
We value the confidentiality of information exchanged with our suppliers, partners, and customers. While we are transparent about how our products are designed and operate, proprietary information and any non-public details shared in correspondence or calls must not be disclosed without our written consent. We reserve the right to require a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) when appropriate.
Proposition 65
Proposition 65, also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a California law that applies to all businesses selling products within the state. The law mandates warning labels on products containing any of the over 800 chemicals on the Proposition 65 list, which is present in quantities above a certain low threshold and known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Proposition 65 has some of the world's most stringent warning standards and is a "right-to-know" law rather than a product safety law. To comply with the law, companies must provide warnings on all products sold in California.
The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), a unit of the California Environmental Protection Agency, maintains the Proposition 65 list, which encompasses naturally occurring and human-made substances. These warning labels can be found on a wide range of consumer products, including Automotive Performance products, as well as in various California establishments, such as hotels, restaurants, automobile dealerships/repair shops, and retail stores.
As of today, none of the chemicals listed on the Proposition 65 list are present in the product line of Nuke Performance. However, please exercise caution while purchasing, importing, or utilizing our products, as they may contain lubricants, seals, and O-rings that could contain one or more of the chemicals on the list or could be added to the list in the future.
