Pre-assembled in tank 350mm fuel hose with SAE quick connect

In-tank convoluted black nylon fuel hose, pre-assembled in various setups. Made to be used together with the Nuke Performance fuel upgrade range or with custom installations.

The circular corrugation design results in an extremely flexible yet robust fuel hose, making it ideal for installations in tight and confined spaces. The high-strength nylon construction provides excellent mechanical durability while maintaining a minimal wall thickness. Fully compatible with all types of fuels, including alcoholic fuels such as ethanol and methanol.
Our custom-designed fuel hose features an internal diameter of 8 mm on one end and 10 mm on the other, optimized for in-tank fuel system installations.

The SAE quick-connect fittings are available in multiple configurations and are manufactured from PA12 in accordance with the SAE J2044 standard. Equipped with Viton O-ring seals, they ensure long-term reliability and compatibility with all fuel types, including ethanol and methanol. Operating temperature range: −40 °C to +115 °C.

Choose the version intended for connection to an SAE Ø9.49 male fitting (Part No. 300-10-115) or an SAE Ø7.89 male fitting.

All these hoses are pre-assembled and delivered in fixed length of 100, 300, and 350 mm for quick and hassle-free installations.

For installation, use a stainless steel single-ear hose clamp, 10.3–12.8 mm (Part No. 150-20-304), to securely connect the hose to the fuel pump or fitting of your choice.
