The Nuke Performance EMAP Canister 1/8 NPT Hardwire Kit allows flexible installation of the EMAP Canister while helping protect the pressure sensor from extreme exhaust heat.

By routing the stainless steel line away from the exhaust manifold, the canister can be mounted in a more accessible location in the engine bay, making service and maintenance significantly easier. Using stainless steel tubing also ensures superior durability in the extreme heat and vibration present in motorsport applications. Compared to softer materials such as copper tubing, stainless steel maintains its structural integrity over time and is far less prone to fatigue, deformation, or cracking under continuous thermal cycling and engine vibrations.

 1m stainless steel hard line for reliable EMAP sensor installation.
The kit includes a 1 m stainless steel tube that can be cut to the desired length, along with two stainless steel tube ends that require assembly and a stainless steel 1/8 NPT weld bung (Part # 720-02-108) for the exhaust manifold pressure reference point. For optimal function, the full 1 m tube length is recommended.

 Loop installation for heat isolation and vibration damping.
To allow for engine movement and vibration damping, the tube should be formed with at least three loops when installed. The tube is delivered in a large loop for safe packaging and easy handling, and can be shaped as needed during installation.

 Connect multiple exhaust pressure reference points.
The kit can also be used to connect two pressure reference points to the same EMAP Canister by using two hardwire kits. The EMAP Canister features dual 1/8 NPT inlet ports and includes a 1/8 NPT plug for installations where only a single pressure reference point is used.
